Shipping policy

Most, if not all, items are Made-to-Order. One week plus the estimated days of delivery allow for both the designer (Alana Taije) and her partners (Printify, Printful, etc.) to confirm and produce your item. Personalized items, such as sculptures, commissions, and/or other, may be delivered within an extended, agreed-upon time frame, solidified by a contract signed by both the customer (you) and the artist (Alana Taije). Personalized items will not be pursued or delivered if the contract is not signed by both parties.
